Job DescriptionOur client is a Main Construction Contractor with buildings projects in Limerick and nationwide.M&E coordination of multiple projects in region as allocated by Operations DirectorDeliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget marginManagement of design build projects to meet client requirements as requiredManage, monitor, and support site management team on M& E packages as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender marginMaintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projectsDispute resolution if requiredPrepare Contractual claims if requiredAssist in estimating projects as directed by Operations Director and senior managementManagement of the release of final retentions on projects as allocated by Operations Director to includeAgree snag lists with design team and ClientAllocate snag works to be completed by subcontractors responsibleOrganise and manage Clients snag team to finalise snags outstandingPrepare contra charges for subcontractors with back upEnsure subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra chargesJob RequirementsAcademically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry+5 years' experience in a M&E Coordinator rolePackage€50k - €70k Salary negotiable depending on Level of ExperienceCompany VehiclePensionCompany PhoneCompany Laptop
