Job Description: We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Moycullen, Co. Galway.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Your main target markets will be B2B and B2C in North America, Europe and Australasia.
Platforms that we currently utilise are print (beekeeping magazines), in person events (tradeshows), sampling at events, social media, influencers, podcasts, website and email marketing.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Email Marketing: Design and distribute email newsletters that captivate our customers and keep them informed about our latest products and initiatives as well as driving sales.
We are using Klaviyo for email marketing.
Shopify Website Management: Take ownership of our Shopify website, ensuring its always up to date with the latest products, promotions, and content.
Continually monitor and update content to optimize the user experience and drive sales.
Customer Engagement: Interact with our community, building strong relationships with beekeepers and industry professionals.
Event Planning & Coordination: Represent HiveAlive at national and international events, including trade shows and conferences.
International Travel: Be prepared for some exciting travel opportunities as part of your role, expanding HiveAlives presence globally.
We do 3-4 international trips per year.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: As a small team, we value versatility.
Youll occasionally step outside your job description to support other areas of the business.
Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A full driving license and access to your own car.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Willingness to travel internationally as part of your role.
Bonus Points If You: Have an interest in bees and beekeeping.
Have experience in working with Shopify, Klaviyo or Canva.
