Medical Assistant

Community Medical and Dental Care is looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal person for this type of role is a good listener, outgoing and compassionate, organized and adaptable and an excellent problem solver. This vital role greets our patients, displays professionalism, and maintains confidentiality at all times. Responsibilities: Review blood work and identify the results.All patients should be called- normal result should call to be informed of the normal results. All abnormal results should be sent to MD for review and patient should be called to book telehealth follow up appointment.
Track all the referrals.Intra referral (make sure patient have fast turn around appointments in our clinics)
External Referral (help with appointment- based on contact- follow up with patients and obtain results).
.Requirements: Good communication skillsMultiple languageWork with minorities.Work efficiently and independently.Please note that this is nota remote position.
