Position Overview: SAP is looking for a New Business Sales Executive. This role is ideal for result-driven and creative individuals who thrive in a multicultural work environment that rewards excellence and over-achievement. The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for developing incremental revenue within their assigned territory in the new business segment.
Key Responsibilities: Fully responsible for territory coverage, demand generation, forecasting, closing, planning & strategy, and customer/partner satisfaction.Proactively engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and position our solution portfolio.Execute demand generation planning to address territory plan and ensure proper coverage in collaboration with key stakeholders.Qualify leads and manage the sales cycle, leveraging Partner Determination Matrix for partner selection.Close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.Utilize our Digital Sales Motion to effectively engage with customers and partners.Collaborate with Presales, Solution Sales, Industry Experts, and Channel Partners on deal execution.Maintain accuracy of CRM data for pipeline management and customer intelligence.Self-Development: Develop deep solution and process understanding in designated areas.Work with management to improve sales skills as per the SAP Sales Career progression framework.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in New Business Sales environment or Field Sales.Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quota Carrier (Mandatory).Successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models.Knowledge of the ERP market is beneficial.Inclusivity Commitment: SAP's culture of inclusion and flexible working models ensure that everyone feels included and can perform at their best.
