Description Co-ordination of NPI product launches across Reseller OperationsOversee and provide feedback on supply allocation at NPI to ensure Sell Thru is maximized across all Reseller PartnersExecutive updates to wider RO team and senior leadershipAbility to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines, and risks effectivelyStrong partnership with multiple cross-functional teams including Readiness, Logistics & SDX to ensure launch successOwn regional strategy and ensure that it aligns with global direction while driving efficiencies in-regionProvide timely notification to partner and leadership teams where course correction is requiredDeliver results under deeply tight and high-pressure timelines in a highly ambiguous environmentBe the voice of Reseller Operations in Cross Functional NPI forumsCapture learnings and feedback from each product launch and continue to push for excellenceAnalyse the root cause of issues, drive resolution and implement process improvementsDemonstrate agility to meet the challenges of Apple's constantly evolving business needsMinimum Qualifications Significant years of industry experienceNew Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Development or Operations Engineering experienceExcellent project management and communication skillsExceptional ability to build relationships; data-driven and willing to take action; enthusiastic and motivated; and detailed while managing several work-streamsExperience leading multiple projects dealing with competing prioritiesTeam-oriented as well as being self-reliant and self-directedAbility to maneuver through complex situationsMeticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise executionSharp eye for details with a "hands-on" and continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and design improvement solutionsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree - 3rd level degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Maths; however, if you have relevant experience or a similar field you are encouraged to applySignificant years planning experience in any discipline (e.g. Contact Centre Planning, Project Planning, Sales & Ops Planning etc.)Experience in leading cross-functional projectsComfortable with analysing data
