Job Description JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator TYPE OF ROLE: Fulltime, Permanent (On-site) DEPARTMENT: Management REPORTS TO: CEO Job Description The Office Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, managing schedules, communications, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
This role ensures smooth operations and efficient administrative processes.

Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and presentations.
Handle travel arrangements and assist with ad hoc tasks for the leadership team.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Communication: Act as the main contact for stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Screen and direct calls, emails, and communications.
Liaise between store managers and the central office.
Office Management: Identify and implement process improvements for administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and report hazards.
Participate in safety drills and report accidents/incidents promptly.
Miscellaneous: Meet reporting deadlines, attend meetings, and support colleagues as needed.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an Office Coordinator supporting C-suite executives or Senior Management Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide timely support.
Familiarity with travel and event planning.
