On Premises Distributor

Job Title : OPD - Onsite Premises Distribution Location :  Pharmaceutical Company Based in Ringaskiddy Overview : We are currently recruiting for an OPD to join our team in Ringaskiddy.
Responsibilities will include the distribution of all the cleanroom and Industrial garments and related cleanroom consumable products on site including physical allocation of stock, management of deliveries and dealing with customer queries.
  Main Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Accept delivery of cleanroom/Industrial garments and related cleanroom consumable products Distribute required quantities of stock to all areas of the site Preparation of soiled into Garment containers/Trolleys for collection by CWS drivers.
Preparation and placement of trolleys to designated location points for CWS driver.
Collection of soiled products Ordering and stock taking Ensuring customers queries are answered in a prompt and professional manner Build strong rapport with customers and colleagues Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and GMP requirements on site Ad hoc tasks and project work as required Skills Required Excellent communication and organisational skills required with a customer focused approach required.  Enthusiastic person with ability to work independently and to take ownership of the role and work alone.
Cover in other customer sites may be required.
Ability to follow established work routines and complete training as required.
Hours can be full time or part time Hours of work : Monday to Thursday:6.00am-14.30pm Friday:6.00am-13.30pm Start date : TBC *You may required to work occasional Saturday.
