Duties include:* Assist solicitors in preparing and managing case files related to road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
* Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
* Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation and assist in all forms of trial preparation What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a degree in law and experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of the litigation process.
This role involves managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients so experience of this would be beneficial.Key skills:* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
