This is anew key role within the aftersalesside of our businessandwill assist withthegrowthof our Denn-Part offering in the Republic of Ireland.
Location: The role will be based at our new stores premises in Mitchelstown, County Cork and will liaise very closely with our Field Based Sales Representative for the local area.
The role will also involve liaison with, and may involve occasional travel to, our central Denn-Part support team based in County Antrim.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assistintheinitialsetupofournewstorespremises Receiptofpartsandcompletionofstockhandlinginatimelyandaccuratemanner Ensureallstockisplacedincorrectstorelocations Maintainstocklevelsandkeepaccurateinventoryatalltimes Reporttomanagement,errors,discrepancies,anddamagesforactiontobetaken Completionofaccurateinvoicesforcustomersinatimelyfashion Liaisewithourcentralaccountsteamregardingpaymentqueries Deliveryandcollectionofpartsusingthemostefficientandeffectiveroutesandmethods Assistwiththeco-ordinationofcampaigns,events,andrepresentthecompanyasrequired Passoncustomercomplaintsinlinewithcompanyprocedures Respondtosalesrepresentativeand/orcustomerqueriesinatimelymanner Maintain personal appearance/presentation, and working habits to reflect both the company and brand image Person Specification: Qualifications,Experience&Attitude: Mustpossesspreviousexperienceofworkinginasimilarroleinastores/vehicleparts environment Previous experience of working in, or having exposure to, the heavy vehicle industry would be highly desirable BeITliterateandhavepreviousexperienceofusingvariouscomputersystemse.g.
