People And Culture Advisor

We are working with a leading multi-national manufacturing company to recruit a People and Culture Advisor to be based at their Shannon site on a full-time basis. This is an extremely fast-paced environment where you will gain fantastic exposure to the full remit of generalist HR.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from employer branding and sourcing of candidates, through to supporting line managers during the interview process and offer management.
You will also manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including running inductions and conducting exit interviews.
As the first point of contact for all employee queries, you should be well-versed in employment law and legislation updates, supporting line managers through day-to-day issues, including but not limited to absence management and right to work queries.
This role will require a strong focus on HR administration too, from issuing contracts to overseeing payroll, so it would suit someone currently in an HR Administration role who has fantastic attention to detail with an eye for HR metrics.
Given the location of this role and the need for occasional travel, candidates with a full driving license are preferred.
