Trend Micro is on the lookout for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Cork on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The People Operations Team plays a critical part in ensuring that we live up to our promise to our employees as a company.
In this role, you will focus on providing operational support throughout the full Employee Lifecycle.
The People Operations team acts as a "front-face" for employee queries and provides an efficient and timely People administrative service to the European business.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day People operational activities related to all stages of the employee lifecycle.Support talent acquisition and talent development.Assist in design and implementation of key People projects.Update internal Employee information hub.Manage benefit administration.Act as referral point-of-contact on employee queries and escalate through the appropriate channels. You are: Fluent in English, and an additional European language, preferably German, French, or Italian.A self-starter, with the ability to work on your own initiative.A flexible team player, with a passion to improve the employee experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.A person of integrity & honesty, with the ability to build trust with others and committed to the principles of confidentiality.Likely to be a CIPD graduate or of similar calibre. You have: Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.High competency with Microsoft Office applications, MS Windows.Strong oral & written communication, listening, and customer service skills.Prior experience of Workday & specialized knowledge in HR is preferred but not essential.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.Excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
