About the roleWe are currently recruiting for Planning Department Order Support on a full-time, permanent basis for our Supply Chain Department in Listowel.
The successful candidate will work with the Supply Chain team and Customer Care to ensure all orders are processed correctly on time and in full.
The Supply Planner has a key role in fulfilling orders which have been placed by Kerry's customers to the Customer Care team.
This role will be responsive to the customers' requirements and will maintain contact with the CC team keeping them informed of each order's progress.
The individual will resolve issues which may impact our customers and will direct their efforts to maximizing customer satisfaction.
This role will initially be on-site in Listowel on a full-time basis with potential to move to a hybrid model once established in the role. What you'll be doing?Reporting to the planning manager, your main responsibilities will include:
