Plant Manager Location: Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork Duration:Permanent Overview of the Role: The successful candidate will manage the WasteWater treatment plant on our client site in Ringaskiddy, Cork. Day to Day of the Role: Responsible for all aspects of the contract deliverable to the Client including but limited to Coordinate the day to day management of a team of technicians on-site Trouble-shooting and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysis Liaising with the clients area owner in ensuring all planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as required Ensure PMs are completed on time Lead continuous improvement projects Good knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems Develop PMs and Job Plans as well as SOPs for plant equipment. Review maintenance programme periodically to ensure optimal uptime levels are achieved Support and comply with all safety procedures Organise and managing subcontractors Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual site reports Attend liaison meetings with client Actively lead and promote a culture of Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement in conjunction with QHSE team Required Skills for the Role: Supervisory/management experience Degree qualified Level 7/8 preferably in environmental/process engineering or mechanical/electrical engineering.
