Role Duties: Hold Civil Engineering, Construction Management Degree or a relevant trade certification Knowledge of Construction Contracts in particular Public Works Contracts.
Accountable for coordinating weekly and daily activities with the Site Foreman, Engineers & Other Site Staff.
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, collaborating with teams, including Senior Quantity Surveyor, to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring onsite systems comply with internal policies and regulatory standards in health & safety, wellbeing, environment, quality, and sustainability.
Overseeing that construction tasks adhere to the designer's drawings, and relevant specifications.
Extensive experience of the construction industry, specifically within a general civils environment.
