Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a QHSE Clerical Administrator based onsite in Listowel, Co. Kerry on a full time, permanent basis. We're seeking a candidate who can demonstrate previous administrative experience, ideally in systems management and it would also be beneficial if applying candidates had experience on SAP, Salesforce and/or Intelex (although training would be provided).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking further exposure of Management Programs, across functions. 
What will I be doing? Maintenance of information in relevant files. Generation of periodic reports, KPIs & Statistics as required. Communication with external parties & customers as required. Administration of Salesforce requests and approval. Maintenance of QHSE Intelex system. Procedure & SOP updating on relevant systems. Coordination of laundry & lockers for medium care. Routine tasks as assigned by the QA function (e.g. swabs, metal checks, audit prep). Ad Hoc Administration requirements. What do I need to be successful? These include: A third level qualification in a Science related discipline is desirable, but not essential. Comfortable with analysis of data using Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be organized, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.
