Regional Area Manager

Retail Area Manager Job Purpose: Working with the Retail Head of Sales, the Retail Area Manager is responsible for the smooth running of a region, achieving sales growth, driving market share, and providing exceptional service for our customers through the effective management of all sites. The Retail Area Manager is also responsible for ensuring team sales performance and that teams are at all times delivering a high-quality service.

Qualifications and Aptitudes: Ensure that all opportunities in the region are captured, coordinated, and maximised. Lead, organize, plan, and direct all sites and visiting site activities in line with best practice guides. Responsible for managing and coaching the continued development of each team member using the quarterly agile performance review meetings. Conduct weekly/bi-monthly and quarterly team meetings in line with business needs and expectations as discussed with the Retail Head of Sales. Attend Morning Huddle meetings either in person or remotely via MS Teams to ensure all team members working on our sites are compliant. Ensure our sites in the region reflect exceptional standards in keeping with our brand. Achieve key business objectives through driving sales and patient/prospects satisfaction. Using the site visit report, observe team members to ensure optimal team performance and procedural excellence by creating a collaborative and engaging environment through meaningful feedback that is strengths-based, developmental, and supportive. Participate in cross-functional training as required from time to time. Key Experience Requirements: Proven retail and/or FMCG management experience (5 Years). Strong people management and leadership experience (5 Years). Strong performance development experience (3-5 years). Strong organisational skills. Strong oral and written skills. Proven track record managing to KPIs. The territory for this role includes Cork, Kerry, Limerick & Galway.
