We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our industry leading Field Sales team as a Regional Field Sales Executive. We are looking for a Regional Field Sales Executive who can use their own initiative alongside working as part of a team. To ensure your success, we offer unrivalled training and a mentoring scheme.

This is a field-based role, and you will ideally be based in Limerick, County Clare or South Galway as you need to be able to travel to your customers sites.
All candidates must have a valid full driving licence, we do however provide you with a car.
Principle AccountabilitiesDeliver on the business's KPI's across Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale and Independent RetailersBuild an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamicsPartner with up to 180 retail Key Account, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory through a range of Key Accounts Operations Teams to Independent Retailers and key contacts within wholesaler, having value-add conversations to sell in new products to meet the customer's identified needsBuild customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers in the market and industry legislationAchieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area and ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best useIdentify new business opportunities by having an enhanced knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour in-storeSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious and / or current Face to Face Sales Experience ideally within an FMCG environmentExperienced in building face to face relationships Have excellent communication and people skills, and proven ability to build rapport quicklyBe a team player with an understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact themSelf-supportive, managing time and resources effectively; and be able to use your initiative and to act exclusively when requiredAble to set and meet self-stretching targetsWhat we offerCompetitive base salary + yearly incrementsYearly bonus up to 24%Generous company pension schemeHealth and wellbeing schemeCompany car, phone and tablet22 days annual leave plus public and bank holidays, with an option to purchase additional holiday + service incrementsEveryone BelongsEveryone belongs in Imperial.
