Regulatory Affairs Administrator (Contract Initially)

Our client is based in Dublin24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Administrator to join their busy team.

This is a six month contract initially, which may go permanent for the right candidate. Salary is €35 – €40k pa plus great benefits packet should role become permanent. This position offers hybrid working.

This role involves assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, maintaining accurate compliance records, as well as working with the media to create and manage the brand's reputation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to create documents that capture and present key messages, drafting responses and building presentations. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with external stakeholders. High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all documentation and submissions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Team player – collaborate with Regulatory team as well as contribute to Quality Management Team.
