About the Role: My client is seeking a talented and results-oriented Business Analyst to join their growing IT team.
In this role, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between IT and business operations.
You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Configure and customize business applications.
Design and develop workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve efficiency and productivity.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Experience within the Telecoms industry (highly desirable).
Experience with Salesforce (essential).
Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
