Job DescriptionDetermine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
ONE MONTH GUARANTEED TRAINING PAY!We offer health insurance, a 401(k) program, and a professional work environment.5-day week - 40 hr. schedule - 1 day off during the week. Closed Sundays except for the last Sunday of the month.We promote from within - offering Management and Internet Sales Training.Open floor, including leads, distributed round-robin.ResponsibilitiesDetermine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality of service available in our expert service department.RequirementsPrevious dealership sales experience preferred but not required; sales experience in other industries will be considered.A highly competitive individual who wants to succeed.Steady work history.Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and good work ethic.Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through.Clean valid driver's license.QuestionsIf you are ready to take your career to the next step, investigate our career opportunity TODAY by applying online.
