Job Summary We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion into new schools. You'll be reaching out to schools, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our classes become a valued part of their after-school programs. If you're a people person with a knack for sales and a passion for education, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Proactively reach out to schools via phone, email, and in-person visits to introduce STEAM Academy's programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders. Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our Lego Robotics activities. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with potential and existing partners. Negotiate and finalize agreements with schools to host our after-school programs. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and program setup in new locations. Maintain accurate records of outreach, communications, and agreements in our CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications 2 years experience in sales or SDR/BDR (preferred in education or a related field)  Ability to drive and having your own car is essential for travel to various school locations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be communication with multiple stakeholders in the school - from administrator to principal, so we expect that you are particularly good and self confident in all types of communication, whether that's written or verbal. Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in children's education. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Experience in using "hubspot" is a big plus! Flexibility to travel locally for in-person meetings and school visits. Why Join Us?
