With our continued expansion into Europe and beyond, Aspire is now looking to recruit a high-calibre Sales Manager for UK & Ireland to help drive our expansion strategy directly with our clients and through our technology partners.

Role: Sales Manager UK & Ireland As Sales Manager UK & Ireland, you will deliver the company's revenue objectives for specific and existing UK & Ireland accounts by developing and executing appropriate sales strategies and tactics, whilst also developing business opportunities within selected target customers, directly and via partners. You will be key to the company's expansion strategy and the role has potential to grow significantly.

This role reports into the Chief Commercial Officer. A competitive salary and significant OTE is offered. The role will be based in Ireland or UK, with significant time being spent with customers.

Your responsibilities will include: Actively maintain established customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services and solutions, identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the company's range of products. Act as a trusted advisor. Skilfully negotiate commitment and growth deals to secure long-term business and revenue growth, effectively closing deals and achieving sales targets. Achieving the company's quarterly and annual sales targets in the UK and Ireland for selected key customers and partners. Defining, agreeing and executing the Aspire sales strategy and processes across the clients you're responsible for. Managing selected partner channels and sell and grow sales through those channels. Tracking pipeline, developing and communicating forecasts. Providing structured feedback to Aspire Technology product, marketing and operations teams concerning customer issues, needs and priorities relevant to Aspire Technology's solutions offerings. Required Experience Candidates will have a demonstrable and successful track record of achieving revenue objectives through personal effort using a network of contacts and by leading and managing sales. Success in working with CSPs, in consultancy, professional services and software is a must, along with success in selling high-value, complex solution sales to major CSPs.

Other attributes include: Knowledge and experience: 5+ years sales experience showing clear career progression and proven recent series of wins within CSPs. A consistent and proven track record of achieving sales objectives. Demonstrated planning and forecasting skills. Experience selling with and through Solution Partners (e.g. systems and/or network integrators). Experience of working in mobile networks. Experience of working in fixed networks is a plus. Experience in selling consultancy, professional services and software to CSPs. Large company and early-stage experience, used to working in virtual teams and sharing resources. Experience of developing sales strategy and methodology for new and innovative solutions. Professionally sales trained and experience with sales methodologies, such as Salesforce.com and CRM360. Personal competencies: Comfortable to close 'early and often' to shorten sales cycles. Builds sustained customer and partner relationships based on trust and delivery of commitments. Understands the dynamics of startups and big corporates and is flexible to change as we learn. Ability to promote and sell innovative services/products as they are being developed and/or improved. Able to contribute constructively to company planning and prioritisation. Excellent interpersonal skills - at all levels and commands respect internally and externally. Credible up to and including C-level in CSPs and channels. Excellent organiser and planner with problem solving skills. Effective in working in matrix teams sharing resource.
