The achievement of volume and profitability targets within a given geographic area by the maintenance and establishment of commercially successful relationships with companies, major distributors, and potential and actual clients.
What you do: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Responsible for driving sales in all segments across UK, Benelux & Nordics with particular focus in SME segment.The establishment of commercially successful relationships with relevant group companies and brokers within the given geographic area.Presentations to relevant group companies and brokers of the company and its services.The provision of training, sales support, and other similar services to group companies and brokers.In liaison with the relevant group companies and brokers, the establishment and maintenance of relationships and the generation of business from appropriate insurance brokers and other relevant insurance distributors.The provision of point of sale support and assistance to group companies or other distributors; the provision of direct client advice in consultation with relevant group companies or distributors and the maintenance of satisfactory ongoing relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders.The provision of quotations, reports, and other information required in support of the generation of business.The maintenance of all ongoing client relationships including the handling of issues and problems as well as the proactive establishment of client satisfaction.The establishment and maintenance of all appropriate record keeping and head office reporting as required.Will require travel to markets.What you bring: Bachelor's / Master's Degree; Studies in the insurance background preferred.To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/experience:At least 5 years' experience in an insurance sales environment.Proven record of consistent delivery of sales targets.Strong established business relationships with relevant brokers in the sales region.Solid working experience or understanding of back office administration functions.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Honesty and Integrity.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.What we offer: Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
