Job Introduction Join Our Team as a Senior Cook at Sodexo in Dublin 6 – Where Passion Meets Opportunity!If you're an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who loves to cook, we want to hear from you!What you'll do:To plan, prepare, cook and appropriately present meals to our 25 residentsAbility to follow recipes well and have a good experience in volume cookingEnsure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are observed at all timesTo ensure routine day to day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areasTo ensure waste is controlled with regard to preparation and cookingTo accurately follow our HACCP systemsTo undertake any other tasks appropriate with the duties and responsibilities of the postTo attend any relevant training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped to perform your role effectivelyContribute to a positive and innovative kitchen cultureHave the experience and ability to take responsibility for service in the absence of the head chefWhat you bring:Proven experience as a cook in a professional settingStrong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasksCommitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standardsPositive can do attitudeWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to?be part of something greater.
