Site It Lead

IT Site Lead for the Cork process plant and support functions with over 150 users.
Part of a global flavors and fragrances business in over 60 countries worldwide.

You will have responsibility for End-to-End IT Service Delivery including:

Infrastructure and Application Incidents, Request for Changes and Services,

working closely with site Operations and Business Leaders to recommend solutions and improvements,

working with site Process Control technology groups,

Participate in global, regional, or local pilot and roll-out projects.
ExperienceYou will have a degree and proven experience in supporting a large-scale multi device environment, Wireless and LAN, preferably in business support and automated process environments.

Management of IT support / service delivery processes (eg. ITIL).
