Job DescriptionOur client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with a number of commerical and fit out buildings projects in Waterford & Wicklow and have requirements for a number of site managersSupervision of the construction on siteAbility to deliver project on time and to perfectionProduce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general informationSupervision of the construction on siteMaintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activitiesSupport the project manager in delivering the project to the highest of quality & completed on time, within the budgetTo carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and clientManage and motivate site teamsManage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on siteEnsure work is carried out to the highest of standardsConduct Risk AssessmentsEnsure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basisEnsuring that end product meets client's expectation in relation to build and finishReporting to the Contracts ManagerAll Health & Safety and other regulatory mattersRequirementsHold relevant construction/engineering qualificationMain contracting experiencePrevious experience working on a commerical construction project.Ability to work on own initiativeSelf-motivated and hard workerStrong team building skillsAnalytical and decision-making skillsTechnical and practical knowledge of the building industry importantStrong budgeting and financial management skillsExcellent written and oral presentation skillsPackage€65 - €80K negotiable based on experience & qualifications
