Site Managers - Main Contractor - Dublin

Are you a Site Manager with 5-10 years experience working with main contractors on large scale residential, commercial, mixed-use development projects?Our client has immediate requirements for projects based in Dublin Site Managers - Main Contractor - DublinOur client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets.Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standardsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.RequirementsPrevious Main Contractor experience ideally large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use development projects.
RC Frame, Fit out experience beneficial.Third level qualification or Trades background (Excellent knowledge of Trades)IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft softwareExcellent delegation and organisational skillsAbility to work well within a team and to collaborate with othersPackage€70K- €85K basic salary and negotiable dependant on experienceFull time permanent staff role with great career prospects
