G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) is currently recruiting for a Site Security Manager within the Pharmaceutical sector within the Cork Region. This is a full time permanent position with an excellent salary on offer. Main purpose of position: To support and lead the day-to-day security operations/administration requirements reporting directly to the G4S Security Contract Manager and Client stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for all security related matters for the client , advising and acting as an exemplar of security best practice.Ensure that excellent communications and relationships are developed with all local stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and met.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Security TeamDay to day management SecurityPromoting a positive working relationship in securityManagement of security proceduresMentor an assistant supervisor to ensure succession planSite contact for Gardai.Oversee monthly metrics for G4s owned systems and collaboration areasManage G4S rosterLead security assessor for third party vendorsPositive improvements in the above and leverage his team to deliver these improvementsManage the construction security group in particular with a view to having redundancy for main siteKnown Consigner SupportSite Security/Project CCTV Upgrade.Training presentations/staff training G4SDay to day supervision of site access control system / turnstiles.Camera Policy/PassSEC-STD-100 ComplianceSEC-STD-200 Compliance (C TPAT)Management of MCG Cabinets & contentsSupport security incident investigationsSupport Fire alarm Isolation procedure (for new system)Support Sprinkler troubleshootingSupport Security/ERT strategy audits, and inspectionsUndertake continuous improvement process for ERT / SecuritySkills, knowledge and experience: 5+ years management experience in the security industryProven track record in customer relations managementExperience is staff training and program buildingProven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.Results focusExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesComputer literate -ECDL level requiredLevel of knowledge of a Pharmaceutical environment or experience beneficial.PSA licensed as a minimum.Experience in record management.Numerical – needs to understand/control budgets and can operate a standard payroll system.IT – must be able to interpret and manipulate data pulled from different security related software such as Access Control and CCTV.In Return: Bike to work schemeCompany pensionSick payWellness programIf you are a dynamic individual seeking a challenging role in an exciting Pharmaceutical setting, then we invite you to apply for the position of Site Security Manager .
