As a Staff Product Manager for AI, you will be responsible for empowering Vanta's various product teams to build and maintain AI-powered products. You will dive deep into AI technologies and develop innovative products that make it easier, faster, and more delightful for Vanta's customers to achieve their business goals. You will explore new areas and customers for Vanta AI to create value.
You'll join a small and growing team of SWEs, MLEs, and SMEs and will play a critical role in shaping Vanta's AI product and platform strategy. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $202,000 - $238,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
