Purpose StatementWe are currently looking for a TA Specialist III to join our TA team at the Cork Site. The successful candidate will be part of an energetic, talented group of TA professionals working in a regional model across the 3 sites in Ireland. We are seeking experienced professionals who have excellent sourcing capabilities along with providing a best in class service to the business and to all candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple clients and competing demands to attract qualified candidates and position Boston Scientific as an Employer of Choice in the region.
Key Responsibilities:Coach Hiring Managers and coordinate selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions.Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates.Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.Prepare, extend and negotiate competitive job offers.Utilize key technologies to enhance and develop sourcing capabilities. Maximize the strategic role of the Talent Acquisition function and eliminate non-value added work. Focus on continuous improvement and drive process harmonization across the region. May contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.Build strategic relationships with Hiring Managers and ensure regular communication throughout the process.Troubleshoot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process.May work with outside agencies and vendors.Coordinate and lead strategic talent acquisition projects.Ensure the organization complies with local laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.Education & Responsibilities:Level 8 Bachelors degree required in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.Ideally 5 + years experience managing high volume recruitment.Demonstrated experience of sourcing capabilities using relevant technologies.Ability to share relevant data insights to the business using appropriate tools and technologies.Coaching & mentoring skills required to support the business but also the wider TA team.In house recruitment experience would be highly advantageous ideally in a multinational environment.Detail oriented, flexible problem solver and ability to prioritise tasks while meeting tight deadlines.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.About usPurpose and Passion – Comprehensive Benefits – Life-Work Integration – Career Growth At Boston Scientific, you will find a collaborative culture driven by a passion for innovation that keeps us connected on the most essential level.
