Technical Manager

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: Implement and manage Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with current legislation and prescribed standards.
Lead the internal HACCP team and oversee standards through an internal auditing program.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for legal compliance, including third-party and customer audits.
Manage supplier and product approval protocols.
Align the management team with Food Safety and Quality objectives.
Conduct audits to ensure FSMS compliance and resolve issues collaboratively.
Ensure food safety training requirements are current and review training materials to meet standards.
Address operational issues and consumer complaints effectively.
Maintain site hygiene and pest control standards.
Requirements: At least 2+ years technical quality management experience.
HACCP/Food Safety Management systems knowledge.
Experience implementing and managing QMS.
