Job Introduction Job Title: Technical Services ManagerLocation: Eli Lilly, Dunderrow, KinsaleSalary: Up to 72,000 EurosAs a Technical Services Manager at Sodexo in Eli Lilly, Dunderrow, Kinsale, you are both a strategic leader and a key driver of operational excellence.
This role is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of engineering and building services, providing essential support to both the team and senior management, and upholding high standards across all site operations.In this position, you will oversee the daily commercial and operational management of the site, ensuring compliance with all legislative and safety requirements.
You will manage a dedicated team, handle maintenance services, and contribute to the development of energy policies and safety systems.
Join Sodexo and be part of a team where your expertise will make a significant impact.What you'll do:• Manage operational and commercial aspects of Hard FM services for Lilly Kinsale.• Oversee engineering maintenance, including contract work and compliance with standards.• Develop, implement, and manage energy policies and the Permit to Work system.• Ensure legislative and safety compliance, including staff training and contractor management.• Handle reactive maintenance both during and outside normal operating hours.• Provide expert advice and manage the performance monitoring systems.What you bring:• Experience in critical environments, preferably Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing.• Building services and plant engineering expertise.• BIFM Level 5 or Engineering Degree.• Proven ability to manage a maintenance team and achieve SLA targets.• Strong communication skills and familiarity with H&S and legislative requirements.What We OfferWorking with our company is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
