Facilities/Site Coordinator Our client, a reputable organisation within the facilities management industry, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team.
We are looking for a Facilities/Site Coordinator to join our client on a Temporary basis.
Temporary 3 month role.
Location: Little Island (Fully onsite role) Pay rate €17.95 -€20 per hour DOE Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of facilities and site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Oversee building maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and contractor management Develop and implement effective maintenance and preventive maintenance programmes Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage security protocols and systems Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute facility improvement projects Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities Provide timely reports and updates to management on facility performance and progress Front of house/reception cover when required.
