Job SummaryZurich Life Assurance plc is looking for an Underwriting Administrator to be involved in the processing and issue of new risk policies for the Life side of the business (Pensions, Life and Protection, Savings and Investments).

Your RoleAs an Underwriting Administrator, your role will heavily involve the processing of New Business Risk applications. The candidate will need to provide a high-quality on-demand service for customers and brokers and have the ability to organise their own flow of work within the department.
Main Responsibilities: Input and issue of Risk policiesPost processing for insurance applicationsDealing with broker queries (via mail, email and telephone)Issuing letters, mails and documents to brokersYour Skills and ExperienceAs the Underwriting Administrator, your skills and qualifications will include:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to achieving excellent customer outcomes.Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time and workload as required, while displaying a flexible approach to work and learning.High accuracy in daily processing.Good computer and keyboard skills.Additional InformationPrimary work location is Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
