Effortlessly manage cash registers, safe, petty cash, and prepare reports. Demonstrate your financial acumen and bring order to the numbers. Oversee all banking activities and financial reporting to our head office, wielding your expertise to ensure our treasure trove remains secure. Forecast revenue and utilize your skills to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as wage % and cost of goods % across our tantalizing food and beverage offerings.Tech Enthusiast:
Master the art of communication, utilizing programs and systems such as SLACK, Teams, OneNote, email, calendar, Deputy, Flare HR, and Livehire. Your tech-savvy skills will keep our operations seamlessly connected and running like a well-oiled machine.Requirements Proven experience as a Venue/Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.Proficient in bar operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and financial controls.Outstanding customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Experience in arcade management beneficial but not required.Benefits Being a part of Varsity comes with great additional benefits!
