Group Fleet Supervisor Operations Dublin Permanent PART 1: Role Details Role Title Group Fleet Supervisor Department Network & In-home Reports To Group Head of Fleet Location Dublin 12 PART 2: Role Purpose The core focus of this role is on maintaining and implementing the fleet management controls and procedures within the Company.

Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you Assist the Fleet Manager in supporting the business in ensuring Fleet requirements are fulfilled Work with Divisional Management in the development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of divisional fleet policies and procedures Prepare Fleet reports as required, such as monthly compliance reporting Vehicle Telematics, Fuel Card and Database management Responsible for monitoring and ensuring fleet compliance with regards to maintenance and legislation PART 4: Person Specification Experience and Qualifications 2+ years related experience A full clean driver's license Skills & Competencies (evidence of) Technical Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Interpersonal Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Business Skills Attention to detail Personal Decisive, self-motivated with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times Innovative, creative and proactive with a solution orientated approach ACT 2
