Warehouse Operative

Perform Recruitment is pleased to represent our client, a long-established business located in Rathcormac, Co. Cork.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join their busy and dynamic warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities: Order Handling: Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Logistics: Unload deliveries, load trucks, and manage stock within the warehouse.
Health & Safety: Actively adhere to and enforce the company's health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
General Duties: Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required to support the warehouse operations.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse environment, with a proven track record of reliability and productivity.
Hands-On Role: This position demands active involvement in all aspects of warehouse operations, including physical tasks.
Licenses/Certifications: A valid B driver's license, forklift license, and manual handling certification are mandatory.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary, to meet the demands of the business.
