Autism Support Specialist

JOB ADVERTISEMENT APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: AUTISM SUPPORT SPECIALIST Adult Day Services Dublin (St Vincent's Centre/TEES) Permanent Part- Time contract 35 hpw Salary: €52,441-€61,241* *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Interested applicants must possess the following:

•QQI Level 8 or higher award (equivalent to 60 ECTS or above) that is relevant to the specialist area - Essential

•Postgraduate qualification/relevant experience in Autism led services-Essential

•A full clean driving license and access to own car – Essential

Desirable: •Have a knowledge of New Directions

•Have excellent organisational, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to work on their own initiative and effectively manage their time.

•Have proven leadership skills

•Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office).

•Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioral competencies of Avista competency framework
