We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our IT team and act as an interface between the IT department and the specialist departments.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting users with IT requests to help us improve the user experience.
You will be a critical part of our IT project team supporting the EU Customer Solutions Manager in the development of our systems and tools as well as daily monitoring.
